The participant hereby acknowledges that he/she is taking part in the activities offered by TROTT’TOP! (S.R.L. DEBEUF YVES – BCE 0440.011.695) under his/her own responsibility and accepts the risks for him/herself, his/her accompanying minors and his/her equipment. The participant waives all claims against TROTT’TOP!, its members and the guides appointed by TROTT’TOP! during the activities. The participant agrees to take responsibility for any damage that he/she or his/her companions may cause to the equipment or property of other participants. The participant declares that he/she is aware of the safety instructions given during the activities and agrees to comply with them. He/she also declares that he/she will not hold TROTT’TOP! responsible for any accident, theft or damage of any kind, except in the case of intentional fault on the part of TROTT’TOP! Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and must sign a waiver of responsibility mentioning the name of the responsible person accompanying them. By signing this document, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read the terms and conditions of this waiver and the general terms and conditions of TROTT’TOP!
